I am a retired 30 year veteran of the Chicago Police Department, and as my love for the city grew, so did my love of good food. When my travels took me to Pueblo, Colorado, I discovered a hidden gem that would change my life and my culinary expectations forever, PUEBLO GREEN CHILE!

So, let's be honest, Pueblo pizza just doesn't compare to a Chicago pizza, deep-dish or thin crust (tavern style).  Now, I had to find a way to combine Chicago Pizza and Pueblo Green Chile.  It became my mission and my quest to partner up the Windy City with Pueblo, Colorado.
