Freeze-Dried Pueblo Green Chile Magic

Freeze-drying is a preservation method that involves flash-freezing the chiles and then removing the moisture, leaving behind a lightweight, twenty-five year, shelf-stable product. The process retains the awesome flavor and spiciness of the chiles, making them convenient for use in many types of dishes, without the need for refrigeration.

Freeze-dried green chiles can be rehydrated with cold water in 10 minutes and used in all of your favorite recipes, such as pizzas, sandwiches, and chip-dips, to add a burst of authentic chile flavor and that perfect level of spiciness.
