The Chicago Green Chile Company was founded with the mission to bring the authentic taste of Pueblo green chile to Chicagoland. Our founder, Vinny, grew up in Chicago, and one fateful summer, while visiting Pueblo, Colorado, his taste buds were introduced to Pueblo chile...and the love affair began!  He quickly realized how his favorite foods back home were missing out on something special, and that's when he decided to introduce Pueblo green chile to pizza parlors and neighborhood markets all around the Greater Chicagoland area. Today, we are proud to offer our Pueblo green chile along with our gourmet specialty green chile products to your neighborhood grocers, farmer's markets and for online buying.
